Why would 10-15 percent be appropriate? You tip a waitress 20% if she does a decent job. Waitresses deliver your food and check on you to see if its okay. a beautician goes to school is state certified and applies chemicals to your head. a lot of thought goes into her job. Doing hair is a complex thing I thing 20 percent is appropriate. Anything under is crappy unless she doesn’t do a good job.
