Oklahoma man pleads guilty in Illinois to federal charges

Crimes in which Breshers is accused began Aug. 5 in Oklahoma City, police said, when he broke into the home of a former girlfriend and threatened her and another man with a baseball bat.
On Oct. 16, police said, he robbed a smoke shop at gunpoint.
On Oct. 21, police said, he kidnapped and raped a woman and forced her at gunpoint to drive him in her car to cash a $1,000 check at a southwest Oklahoma City bank and participate in other crimes.
Police also accuse him of forcing his way into an Oklahoma City apartment on Oct. 21 and stealing a laptop and $500.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A Hugo man faces first degree murder charges in the death of an elderly woman. According to the FBI, murder charges were filed against 26-year-old Kelvin Knight of Hugo. Investigators say 76-year-old Willie Bell Gill, also of Hugo,
Officials amended that to the murder complaint after Knight died. She was booked into the Oklahoma County jail. No charges were ever filed. After her arrest, she served time in Carter County jail on a felony warrant issued for grand larceny.
Investigators said an argument transpired which led to Bobby Ray Hester, 51, stabbing Minor. Officers arrested Hester shortly thereafter and booked him in the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of first-degree murder.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police have arrested a woman in connection with the death of a man who was found at a northwest Oklahoma City residence.
Amanda Hunter was booked into the Oklahoma County jail Friday on a first-degree murder complaint in the death of Osmani Chicas-Melgar.
Officers received a call from paramedics about a suspicious death and found Chicas-Melgar on Sunday with trauma to his body that was consistent with a homicide.
Authorities say he had been stabbed in the torso.
An arrest affidavit states that Chicas-Melgar's roommate saw Hunter go into his bedroom, then leave after another man showed up. The roommate found him the next day.
Police alleged that Hunter may be a prostitute who had sex with Chicas-Melgar in exchange for drugs.
Hunter hasn't been formally charged.
